Leadership Camp
Unit level training
We start every year with a developmental camp called Operation: DPM. This sets the tone for our leaders (Non-Commissioned Officers) and ensures they are ready for the coming training year. Throughout the year the NCOs are employed in the role of looking after a small team to achieve tasks.
SNCO Course
promotion courses
The first course available is the Junior Non-Commissioned officers course. This is available after completing your second year of training. After passing the course you're eligible for your first promotion. After that there are a dozen courses for you to go on to enhance your skills.
Officer Fieldcraft

It's not just the cadets that receive training. Our staff have a multitude of courses available to them, from becoming certified as a Range Conducting Officer, or becoming qualified to lead groups in bushcraft environments, we ensure all our leaders are as highly trained as they can be.
